Academic interests

My research work is focused on the impact of perinatal inflammation on the developing brain, particularly in neonatal arterial ischaemic stroke, and the early functional cerebral assessment of premature children to evaluate the developmental trajectory within the neonatal unit. To promote the assessment of this early developmental trajectory, we are developing an automated analysis of the general movements, using computer vision and artificial intelligence tools, as part of the AGMA study (IDRCB 2020-A03335-34).

Teaching

I teach medical students at UJM with a competency-based approach to paediatrics. At a national level, I educate paediatricians on the pathophysiological, developmental, and early information aspects of neonatal arterial ischemic stroke as the educational referent for the French National Reference Centre for Childhood Stroke.
